What you need is what you get

The essential first step in the Prism process is Project Evaluation. We work with you to carry out a full systems audit, and nail down exactly how your business objectives are going to be achieved. Once we’re all agreed, this stage is signed-off before we move ahead.

Who does what, and when

The next phase is Project Planning. Roles and responsibilities are assigned and agreed to, then detailed work plans, schedules and measurements are drawn up. Since everything is down on paper, nothing can slip through the cracks in the implementation cycle.

Sticking to the plan

We don’t simply set up a system and toss you the keys – our Project Control & Reporting process keeps you in the loop (and in control!) through the entire implementation cycle. Prism’s airtight quality management procedures ensure that every detail of the agreed project plan is covered, and you have the benefit of overseeing every crucial step of the process.

Good to go

At Project Completion, we review the complete project and deliver a detailed performance evaluation. Full familiarization and training ensure your crew are up to speed, and then you’re away. But we’re still on hand…
